What is Cyber Essentials?
Cyber Essentials is a UK government backed security certification designed to help organisations of all sizes put fundamental cyber security measures in place to protect their networks and systems. The framework was launched by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) in 2014. While it is UK focused, organisations based outside the UK can also achieve certification by working with an accredited certification body.
